Terms of Service

Effective October 30, 2026

These terms apply to your use of azarcadeco.com and to claw machine rentals booked with AZ Arcade and Vending LLC, doing business as AZ Arcade Co ("we," "us"). By using our website or booking a rental, you agree to these terms.

Bookings and payment

• A $50 deposit is required to reserve your date. The deposit is non-refundable.
• The remaining balance is due 72 hours before your event.
• Your booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit and confirm your date, time and location.
• Pricing is listed on our website or quoted to you directly and may change for future bookings. Your confirmed price will not change.

Delivery, setup and pickup

• We deliver, set up and pick up the machine anywhere in the Phoenix metro area. Locations outside that area may have an added delivery fee.
• Rentals are drop-off only. We do not stay on-site during your event unless we agree to it in writing.
• Please provide a level spot about 2 ft x 2 ft near a standard outlet, and a clear path for delivery. Outdoor setups need a covered area protected from rain and direct sprinklers.
• An adult must be present at drop-off and pickup.

Prizes

Your rental includes our standard prize mix. You may supply your own prizes. Items 2 to 4 inches work best. No glass, liquids, sharp objects or unwrapped food.

Use of the machine

• Use the machine only as intended. Do not move, tilt, climb on, open or attempt to repair it.
• Children should be supervised by an adult while playing.
• If something stops working, call or text us and we will help troubleshoot.
• You are responsible for damage to the machine caused by misuse, accidents or weather during your rental period, other than normal wear and tear.

Changes and cancellations

Need to change your date? Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to move your booking to an available date. If we ever have to cancel because of an issue on our end, we will refund any amounts you have paid, including your deposit.

Photos

We may take photos or videos of the machine at your event for our website and social media, and we cover children's faces before posting. Let us know if you would prefer we not post your event.

Website use

The content on this website, including text, photos and logos, belongs to AZ Arcade Co or is used with permission. Please do not copy it without our consent. We work to keep information on the site accurate but cannot guarantee it is always complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a rental is limited to the amount you paid for that rental. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. We may update these terms from time to time, and the effective date above shows the latest version.
