• Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, event date, event location, event type and any details you share when you request a booking, pay a deposit, or contact us.
• Payment information: deposits and balances are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
• Website data: basic usage data such as pages visited, device and browser type, collected through cookies and similar tools, including advertising and analytics tools from Google and Meta.

How we use it

• To check availability, confirm and manage your booking, and deliver, set up and pick up the machine.
• To contact you about your inquiry or event by phone, text or email.
• To send occasional offers or updates if you have opted in. You can opt out at any time.
• To improve our website and measure our advertising.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from AZ Arcade Co about your inquiry and booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with service providers that help us run the business, such as our booking and CRM software, payment processor and advertising platforms, and only as needed to provide our services, or when required by law.

Photos from events

We may take photos or videos of the machine at your event to share on our website and social media. We cover children's faces before posting. If you would rather we not post content from your event, just let us know.

• Opt out of texts by replying STOP, or of emails using the unsubscribe link.
• Ask us to access, correct or delete your information by contacting us below.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
